We no longer invoice in this fashion.  We happily offer discounts to lower our quoted price for pre-payment or automatic payment by credit card which we keep on file.  Very few other industries invoice in this fashion and we can longer afford to either.  This is now the now the lawn care industry standard method of invoicing and receiving payment.

Yes.  We are happy to email your our general liability policy or our workers' compensation policy upon request.  We operate our business completely ethically and follow all of the rules set by all regulations set by the city, county, state, and federal governments.

Loyal Green, LLC was formed in 2009.

Yes.  We have a business license in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell County, KY.  These are the only areas in which we work.  We also have 3 staff members that hold the KY pesticide applicator's license.

Yes. We go over and beyond to be as environmentally, kid, and pet-friendly as we can be. We use a special spray unit that allows us to only apply herbicide products where they are needed which drastically reduces runoff into our water system.

This is going to vary from property to property.  Our minimum charge for mowing and lawn treatments is $45.  Perimeter pest control can be added on to your lawn treatment plan for $35, or $45 minimum as a stand-alone service.  Bed weed control can be added for as little as $8 per mowing visit but will depend on the scope of work.  Flower bed weed control is not offered as a stand-alone service.

We can mow your lawn on an every week or every other week basis.  Our lawn mowing crews will show up on the same day and at the same approximate time unless our schedule if affected by weather.  We can mow your grass from as low as 3" to as high as 4".  Our default cut height is 3.5" unless you request a different cut height.

We do our best to accommodate a specific day of the week request.  Please understand we have been cutting many of the same lawns for several years and will be working new clients into these existing routes.  If at all possible, we will happily do this for you.

Yes.  Please just let us know your preference.  We are happy to call, email, or text you the day before your service or when we are on the way to your property.
