We would like to introduce you to our staff. We want you to feel comfortable with the people who you are entrusting to care for your lawn. One of the great things about Loyal Green is how well our employees get along with each other and our customers. It really creates a great atmosphere for all.
Years in the Industry
The main reason I started Loyal Green was because I saw other companies doing poor quality work and knew I could start a company to better serve my community. I started Loyal Green in 2009 after having worked in the industry since graduating Boone County high school in 2003. I have worked for other lawn and landscape companies of all sizes, and have also worked on the supplier side. I hold an owner’s pesticide license in the state of Kentucky. I do not have any formal education related to this field, although I have read many books on business development. I developed this business with an inward focus on operational efficiency and employee motivation, and an outward focus on customer satisfaction. Some of my favorite books include ‘The E-Myth Revisited’ by Michael E. Gerber, ‘The Personal MBA’ by Josh Kaufman, and ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins. These and many other books have had a powerful influence on me. After implementing several systems in my business over the years to allow it to run autonomously, I am now able to focus my time on other interests. I also consult small to medium size businesses with my consulting and marketing firm, Good Business 101. I also offer website design, search engine optimization (SEO) services, and marketing services with my other company, Optimized. You can find my consulting company at GoodBusiness101.org and my website design, SEO, and marketing company at GetOptimizedNow.com.
Lawn Mowing Crew Leader
Shea was Loyal Green’s first employee. He really knows our system and is a key member of the team. If you are a football fan, Shea will probably want to talk. He is a customer favorite and a pleasure to work with.

Lawn Mowing Crew Member
I bet if you ever go out and talk to Billy while he is on your property, you will say, “I really like that guy!” Billy is an awesome person. He has lived in Alaska for the past several years but is back in town to help take care of his mother. He is a stand up guy and we are happy to have him as part of our team.
Donnie is our newest team member. He takes his work very seriously and really prides himself on keeping our lawns weed free. He is a very nice guy and has been a friend of the Sciamanna family for several years.
